Who are the NetBoys?

The O.G. NetBoys are four friends (L to R below: Todd, Josh, Nancy & BigNick) who attended Kent State University many moons ago. We now all have a love of traveling, fishing, camping, and all things outdoors! As we live all around the United States, our trips and get togethers have become much more involved! What's the NetBoy Story?

So...where does "NetBoy" come from? The story goes like this...

Once upon a time on a lake in Northern Ontario (Lady Evelyn Lake), after a long day of fishing - some were catching more than others - so our one contributor - Big Nick - with fish on two rods (double fisting) says to Nancy, who he was sharing the boat with for the day, exclaims - 'get the net!' Big Nick's heater continues for a while, and so he starts saying - 'Net Boy...Oh Net Boy!' each time he connects with a fish for the next hour. When we get back to camp, a group of older fisherman ask - 'what's with all that Net Boy talk out there?' Haha! Apparently our voices were carrying all the way across the lake and they were laughing out loud listening to us from across the lake continuing to exclaim - 'Net Boy...Oh Net Boy!' every couple of minutes!
